Profile	• Manage SAP R/3 System Implementation & Support Team • Implementation for FI/CO, MM, HR, Real Estates and development of in-house system using SAP Development Workbench • Preparation of Project Plan & Resource requirement • Periodic project reviews to Senior Management and project team • Determine training needs for in-house system support personnel and system users with client project management • Manage post go-live issues and resolutions • Define MM and SCM business requirement, map local requirement to Global Template, identify business gap and obtain change approval • Handle system configuration, integration test, user acceptance test, data conversion • Develop end user training material and training delivery
